Thomas D. Smith

Tom retired from public accounting with over thirty years of diversified experience including considerable experience in financial institutions, construction, manufacturing and real estate. This experience included working with public (SEC) as well as privately held companies. He had also been involved with a significant number of public and private stock offerings. 

Tom is a graduate of Villanova University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
